What is it for?
It is often true that some matters are better expressed
visually rather than through speech or writing, in
particular if there are very difficult issues that are not
normally expressed through the normal channels within an
organization. The aim of this Review and Reflection
programme is to enable members of an organization to express
their visual and unconscious interpretations of work issues
in order to reach a fuller understanding of the state of the
organization. This is a useful exercise for an organization
that requires a complete and true overview of its current
organizational strengths and weaknesses. The Review and
Reflection session is a good way to contribute to mission
statements or strategy reviews, or as a way forward for
implementing important change.
