company of the future that deals with all aspects of
sustainability.
In this
vision we include a desire to achieve the following: To provide a
complete service to clients, individuals or organizations,
private or public, in the area of sustainability, including
renewable energies, green architecture, organic farming,
water consumption, organizational and relational
development, and spirituality.
We hope to
expand our company in all these areas of sustainability in
the coming years.
The Ecowaves Team

Julian Manley
Julian Manley has been directly involved in research, training and
consultancy for organizations in Spain and Britain since
2000 when he qualified with a Diploma in Organizational
Consultancy from the Tavistock Institute. In 2004 he was
awarded an MSc with Distinction in Group Relations and
Society at the University of the West of England, Bristol,
U.K., and his dissertation was awarded The Business West
Prize for Outstanding Achievement and Contribution to the
Business Community, Bristol. His commitment to on-going
research and innovation is reflected in his continued work,
on a part time basis, into organizational communication in
the Centre for Psycho-Social Studies, (CPPS), at the
University of the West of England. In 2006/07 he spent 8
months as resident at Schumacher College International
Centre for Ecological Studies, forging links between his
CPSS research into organizational communication and the
principles of holistic ecology and sustainability that are
an integral part of the work of Schumacher College, an
experience that he endeavours to include in his consultancy
work.
His overall aim is to contribute to the wellbeing and health of people in
organizations and thereby engender success and a sense of
holistic achievement on many different levels, including a
combination of aspects that are often deemed to be
paradoxical in nature, such as the economical, ethical,
psychological and spiritual dimensions of organizational
life.

Nicole Archer
Nicole Archer has dedicated her professional life to environmental
science. She is a Doctor of Hydro-ecology from Cranfield
Univeristy, UK. She has worked with Experimental Arid Zone
Station (CSIC) in Almeria (Spain), Dundee University (UK),
Giessen University (Germany) and China. Her professional
development became a profound reflection about the
interconnections between human relations and the
Environment. She has undertaken working studies in human
relationships and spirituality in groups in the UK and
Germany.
She has taken and facilitated short courses in Schumacher College, Devon,
UK on subjects studying the relationship of “Nature and
Consciousness”, “Imagination and Intuition” and “Science and
Spirituality”. The combination of her scientific studies and
experience working in the environment and more personal
spiritual study has brought her to be a Director of Ecowaves
where she does environmental surveys and creates water
systems to form not only practical water solutions, but also
they are designed to combine an experience between user,
water system and environment through the physical media of
water. Nicole works with meditation techniques and
experiential work such as vision quests in the attempt to
explore the human relationship with their environment and
how one’s perception of this relationship can be brought
into daily awareness.
